for Best Roads and Challenges must be agreed to by two current members
who hold a Doctorate
Degree before the recommendation will become
an actual Patch.

Best Roads:
Therefore, all members of RIDE Motorcycle who have ridden upon any of
these roads on a motorcycle, either
as rider or passenger, shall be entitled to display the appropriate "Best
Roads" patch or patches at any or all times as they so choose, and
shall have the right to claim these patches as credit toward their doctoral
degree from Two Lane University.
Those individuals who have attained a Doctorate Degree and by virtue of a Badge of Moses have become a Non-Riding current member of Ride Motorcycle may earn any patch by fulfilling the requirements of the patch on 4 wheels.
